BLM WY - CARBON COUNTY RECREATION SITE CLEANING SERVICE
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract with one base-year and four option year periods. The Government reserves the right to not exercise and option period.
This requirement is for seasonal housekeeping/janitorial services of recreational sites across Carbon County, Wyoming. See the Attachments for the Performance Work Statement, Locations, and Task Checklist.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled in and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation).
2. Bid schedule with prices for the base year plus four option periods.
