The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, 6162 South Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, is conducting market research to determine the availability of sources to provide Home Oxygen Services to approximately 17,586 Veterans residing in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Oklahoma, with some service extending into Nevada, Idaho, North Dakota, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Nebraska. Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment, back-up equipment, supplies, consumables, maintenance, transportation, set-up, beneficiary instruction, and management necessary to perform in-home oxygen and in-home ventilator scheduled and emergency services for VA beneficiaries throughout Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 and traveling Veterans. VISN 19 includes the states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Oklahoma, with some service extending into Nevada, Idaho, North Dakota, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Nebraska, and serves approximately 17,586 oxygen-using VA beneficiaries. Performance Locations: The Contractor shall provide services in the residences of Veterans located within the service areas of the following VISN 19 facilities: Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 E Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001 Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 Sheridan VA Medical Center, 1898 Fort Rd, Sheridan, WY 82801 VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, 1700 N Wheeling St, Aurora, CO 80045 Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501 VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System, 1011 Honor Heights Drive. Muskogee, OK 74401 VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, 500 Foothill Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84113 VA Montana Health Care System, 3687 Veterans Drive Fort Harrison, MT 59636 Estimated Period of Performance: The estimated period of performance for this requirement is February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2036.
