Title of Requirement: FY25 Liquid Oxygen for the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and lake project located in Modoc, South Carolina
Description of Requirement: The work to be performed under this contract consists of supplying liquid oxygen to the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Project. The daily liquid oxygen requirement will gradually increase from approximately 15 tons/ day in early summer to a maximum of approximately 100 tons/day in late summer or early fall. The demand then gradually decreases through late fall until the system is shut down in November. The peak demand period will last between three (3) to six (6) weeks. During the peak demand, periodic daily “around the clock” deliveries, seven (7) days per week will be required. Bulk liquid oxygen shall comply with Compressed Gas Association (CGA) guidelines and shall be at least 99.5%oxygen.
