This is a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice.
Provide operational Military SATCOM (MILSATCOM) systems support under various international agreements to include the certification of technical and operational performance of terminals and modems operating on MILSATCOM systems. Support the integration, implementation, and operations of current and emerging International Partner capabilities to meet U.S. and International requirements.
Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the United States Space Force Combat Forces Command (CFC) and Delta 8 Satellite Communications (SATCOM) functions, inclusive of staff action officer responsibilities, such as responding to United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), Space 4 Space (S4S), Combat Forces Command (CFC) and Delta 8 requests for action or information, coordination of information and objectives; as well as, completion of tasks designated by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Support to the CFC and Delta 8, Wideband Consolidated-SATCOM System Expert (WB C-SSE) mission and Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), Global Broadcast Service (GBS) and Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS) SSE missions. This TO will also require support to the Delta 8 Narrowband C-SSE mission and MUOS Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Ultra-High Frequency Follow-On (UFO), and Fleet SATCOM (FLTSAT) SSE missions.

In addition, the Government is seeking responses to the following questions:
- What is your team's in-depth background and documented past performance in the field of military satellite communications?
- What is your team's expertise and background in the area of engineering test and performance verification?
- Has your team worked with international partnerships within the bounds specified by the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA)?
- What is your team’s knowledge/experience with WSOMS, DSCS, WGS, and GBS?
- Does your team have any knowledge/experience with strategic planning, policy, or integration of Wideband SATCOM systems within the broader DoD ecosystem?
