If any proposed subcontractor or teaming partner will perform more than 20% of the total contract effort (i.e., Man Hours), the Offeror shall submit at least one (1) Past Performance reference for each proposed subcontractor or teaming partner. Offerors shall ensure the information provided identifies how the Past Performance reference is relevant to the requirements in the solicitation.
