STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
Parts Request for WMEC-282
United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) ALEX HALEY (WMEC-282) requires replacement RPM meter or gauges for monitoring their shipboard generators. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the need for the requested parts outlined in the manufacturer’s drawings and specifications.
1.1 OBJECTIVE
1.1.1 Provide the parts listed in the table below:

1.1.2 The parts must be shipped to the following address, FOB Destination:

1.1.3 Any additional costs outside of the requested parts and shipment must be clearly quoted. Quote should include product lead time, if any.
1.1.4 Shipment tracking information must be provided to the below POC and Contracting Officer.
1.1.5 A product data sheet, or similar, must be provided with provided quotation.
1.1.6 Quotations are evaluated based on price, lead time, and product technical specifics.
