The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this solicitation for FY25 Quarter 3 Food Service. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the RFQ.
Important Information:
- Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov.
- The Solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on March 7, 2025.
- All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by March 17, 2025, no later than 7:30 AM Central Standard Time.
Delivery and Award Information:
- Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the signed SF1449 issued by the Contracting Officer.
- The Expected delivery times will be april 1st 2025 through april 15th 2025.

Proposal Submission:

- Quotes will not be accepted via telephone or fax.
- All inquiries must be submitted via email in the specified format with a signature.
Additional Information:
- Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations are eligible to submit quotes on an equal basis with other organizations for contracts for which they meet the eligibility requirements.
- The effective award date for this solicitation will be on or around March 17, 2025.
- Evaluation criteria will be detailed within the solicitation.
