This Amendment 2 is issued to notify all potential offerors that the response date for the subject RFQ is hereby extended. This extension is to facilitate the provision of comprehensive responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted prior to the established cut-off deadline. Please be advised of the following changes:

No Additional RFIs: The period for submitting RFIs concluded on 24 March 2025 at 12:00 PM EST. We are no longer accepting new RFIs after this deadline.

Extended RFQ Response Date: To allow sufficient time for the Government to provide detailed answers to the RFIs received before the cut-off time, the response date for the RFQ is extended. Offerors will now have until 17 April 2025 at 4:00 PM EST to submit their quotations.
All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged. Offerors are reminded to revise their submissions to reflect any additional information provided in response to their RFIs.

The scope of work involves the procurement, delivery and installation of branded materials for a military unit, including rugs, decals, and signage. This task requires sourcing high-quality, durable products that meet military standards and specifications. The rugs must feature the unit’s insignia or emblem and be suitable for heavy use in various environments. Decals should be designed to adhere to multiple surfaces while maintaining clarity and integrity under diverse conditions. Signage must be fabricated from weather-resistant materials and include unit-specific branding and informational content as required. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all items are produced to exact specifications, delivered on schedule, and installed if necessary. Coordination with military representatives for design approval and compliance with relevant regulations is essential. Period of performance is 60 days from date of award.
