The 773d Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires dryer vent duct cleaning service on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson – Elmendorf (JBER-E), Alaska. The successful contractor shall provide all items and non-personal services to include but not limited to management, personnel (IAW DFARS 252.222-7000, Restrictions on Employment of Personnel), equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, management, and labor necessary to perform annual and semi-annual dryer vent cleaning services on JBER-E. All services must be performed in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s recommendations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) codes, commercial practices, local, state, federal regulations for the current workload estimate of 731 dryer vents to be cleaned and serviced.
