The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for an Intake Sump Pump Repair at the IBWC Falcon Field Office, PO Box, 1 FM 2098 Reservoir Rd., Falcon Heights, TX 78545.
The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror.
Quote due date via GSA by 3:00pm MST on April 17, 2025.
Quote shall be good for 90 days.
Items shall be quoted all or none as per CLIN structure and PWS attached.
CLIN Structure Attachment SHALL be return with your quote.
Offeror shall provide detailed plans for work quoted. Offeror shall complete work within 60 days after award or earlier to USIBWC, Falcon Field Office, PO Box, 1 FM 2098 Reservoir Rd., Falcon Heights, TX 78545.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred as a result of this request for proposal.
This requirement is Full and Open Competition, the applicable NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Product Service Code J043 with a size standard of 12.5 Million.

Payment information:
The Contractor will be paid in accordance with FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – System for Award Management (July 2013 to Oct 2018). Invoices will be submitted electronically via Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
Invoice Processing Platform
The U.S. Section International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) has transitioned to an electronic invoicing system. The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is a secure, web-based system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. IPP is available at no cost to any commercial vendor or independent contractor doing business with a participating government agency.
Information concerning accessing the IPP system will be provided at time of award.
