Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Code 1081 has a requirement for the government to issue a BPA Call to order several licenses to support ServiceNow Service Portal for NAVSEA HQ, NSWC Newport, NSWC Carderock, and NSWC Panama City against the established Carahsoft Technology Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA No. N66001-19-A-0120. Carahsoft Technology is the sole source of ServiceNow products through the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DoD ESI) which is a mandatory source for all DoD software requirements.
