Purpose: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System | B65 Structural Repairs | Project# 598-23-106 In an effort to enhance opportunities for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) as required by Public Law 109-461, specifically the Veterans First Contracting Program, NCO16 is performing preliminary market research to identify interested, qualified, capable, SDVOSB and VOSB firms possessing the capacity necessary to compete for a VHA procurement opportunity. In case no SDVOSBs or VOSBs possess the capacity, all Small Businesses possessing the necessary capacity are encouraged to provide a response. Results of the preliminary market research will be used to determine the potential future solicitation s set-aside requirement. This source sought notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal, or a promise to issue a subsequent RFQ/IFB/RFP. At this time, no solicitation document exists. Project Scope Summary: The scope of this project is to repair structural deficiencies identified within the reinforced concrete pan joist floor structure in the basement level of Building 65 at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and to perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications for project Building 65 Structural Repairs 598-23-106 at the Eugene J. Towbin (EJT) Building 65. EJT is part of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) and is located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.
