The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, in support of the VISN 20 Northwest Network, is currently requesting information to determine the existence of vendors capable of providing requested services at the following locations: Contractor shall provide White City, Oregon, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) with a one-time repair of B236A System G Walk-in Cooler, Room 147B that will consist of the following replacements and procedures: Replace defective compressor. Replace compressor contactor. Replace the liquid line filter drier and sight glass. Pressurize and leak check entire system and repair any leaks found. Perform evacuation below 500 microns and decay test. Charge system with up to 10 lbs. of new R-404A refrigerant. Perform startup and complete operational checkout.
