THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only. The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS 334510- Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on contract opportunities at https:// sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
The New Hampshire Army National Guard requires QTY 5 Mobile Audiometry Headsets. This requirement will include the following CLINS:
CLIN 0001: Mobile Audiometry Headsets
Includes mobile audiology headset, tablet with wifi/internet capabilities, calibration output check fixture, with micro USB chargers and cables, and quick start guide all bundled in a padded, durable, rugged, and protective case. Headset and tablet need to maintain 8 full hours of a charge. Mobile headset needs to have a tablet to operate the headset. Headset/tablet must be capable of doing multiple test procedures including: Audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing. High attenuation range should be 32-40 dB for octave bands ranging 250-8000 Hz. Hearing tests need to take less than 11 minutes and fit testing need to be less than 6 minutes.
CLIN 0002: Admin Tablet
Master tablet capable of collecting information for all tests run on the individual tablets.
