The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Tucson VA Medical Center, 3601 S 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ 85723, USA, has a base year plus four option years requirement for digital dictation, traditional and correction editing medical transcription services using contractor supplied dictation equipment. Contractor shall ensure all external communication systems are secure, VA-compliant, & HIPPA compliant. Protecting sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). IAW Statement of Work. SEE ATTACHMENT 1, SOW FOR REQUITEMENTS.

The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to make appropriate, fair, and reasonable acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified, interested, and capable Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply and/or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
To be considered as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14) for this scope the size standard for NAICS Code: 561410 - Document Preparation Services.
Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must have an active registration and certification with the U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/.
Respondents are requested to provide the following information:
1. Name of company representative, business title, contact information and preferred method.
2. Primary NAICS, Business Size Standard, and Type of Small Business.
3. Federal Supply Schedule and/or GSA Schedule if applicable (Covering base year plus four option years).
4. Unique Entity ID
5. Cage Code

7. Demonstrate the capability to perform the required service to include terms and conditions, price list, a brochure, and specifications of service being offered IAW Statement of Work. SEE ATTACHMENT 1, SOW FOR REQUITEMENTS. Please limit to 5 pages or less.
