Bids should be submitted to Tyler Melton (Tyler.K.Melton@uscg.mil) no later than 0800 PST 04/03/2025. Any bids recieved after this deadline may not be viewed/considered.
This will be awarded based upon lowest price technically acceptable. If possible, please submit your bid/quote in a PDF, Word, Excel etc. format opposed to just listing pricing in the body of an email. I have attached a price quote template for reference. This does not have to be modeled exactly, if you already follow this practice please disregard. Doing so allows us to see a breakdown of exactly how the estimate was reached and shortens the time needed during the review process in what are usually competitive oppurtunities. It shows us that the SOW is understood and being fully met.
