This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. This is a small business set-aside. This requirement can only be procured fromsmall busines suppliers who provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)Certified parts which posess an FAA Authorized Released Certificate, FAA Form8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag. If your company has stock of this item on the shelf, contractors are eligibleto submit a quote for less than the solicited quantity. In response to this solicitation, award(s) will be made to the eligible,responsible quoter(s) whose quote is technically acceptable and which isdetermined most advantageous to the Government, Delivery/quality considered.
