The United States Property & Fiscal Office for South Carolina ( USPFO-SC) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and are available to provide the below RadEye brand named products manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Interested parties shall be authorized resellers and must furnish documentation from Thermo Fisher to show they are an authorized reseller.
The following products are required to be brand new products, no refurbished/rebuilt products and no gray products will be accepted. Items must be provided with standard manufacturers warranty. Products shall be delivered within 20 days after an order is awarded.
1. RADEYE SPRD ER KIT 425082541, 1ea.
2. Alpha Rejection Filter Radeye 425068581, 1 ea.
3. Radeye B20 ER 425068510, 1ea.
4. Radeye battery cover 425067095, 21ea.
5. Radeye SPRD 4250825, 21ea.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Based on responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement maybe set-aside for small businesses, procured through full and open competition or sole sourced. All small business categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies.

IAW FAR 4.1102(a), Offerors shall be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Interested businesses shall submit the following documents:
1. Catalog, brochure or any other document that shows the offeror can supply the above products and the warranty information.
2. Authorized reseller memo from Fisher Scientific. Must show POC and number at Fisher that can be used to verify reseller information.
3. If GSA vendor include the GSA Contract Number and catalog showing the above items listed.
Responses to this sources sought shall be electronically submitted in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format(PDF) format.
