Lovell Federal Health Care Center The purpose of this Contract is to provide annual maintenance and testing, as set forth in this Statement of Work (SOW), for sixty-three (63) Automatic Transfer Switches ( ATS ), including thirty-nine (38) with standard transitions and twenty-five (25) with isolation bypass switches, and also provide Transformer Oil Analysis including preventative maintenance of eighteen (18) pad mounted oil filled transformer units.
