This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be fulfilled utilizing FAR part 13.5. The solicitation number is 70B03C25Q00000204 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 493110 General Warehousing and Storage. This requirement is a small business set-aside with a size standard of $34.0 million.
The Government anticipates a single award for Storage Space/Storage Units as a result of this request for quote (RFQ).
Eligibility: All prospective offerors must have an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be actively registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov) and must have valid Representations and Certifications, which is also updated via the SAM database located at www.sam.gov at the time of quote submission.
Submission Instructions: 1. Offerors must submit their quote in accordance with the attached Request for Quote, Statement of Work and applicable clauses.
This information is REQUIRED in order for a sellers bid to be deemed 'responsive' and to be considered for award.

Source Selection: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)
Award Criteria: The Government intends to select for award the one responsible quote which conforms to the Statement of Work specifications of the requirement, and the price is fair and reasonable. If the lowest priced quote is not found to be Technically Acceptable, the government will evaluate the next lowest priced quote and so on. Quotes determined to be incomplete, or unreasonable will not be considered for award. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option year pricing is significantly unbalanced. The exercise of any option years is at the discretion of the Government.
Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation.
Questions: Interested offerors must submit questions concerning the solicitation no later than 2 calendar days after release of the solicitation by 4:00pm E.S.T. This will allow the Government to respond timely to questions prior to expiration of the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Seller Attachments (Required) – The attachments must include specification sheets and pictures to storage space/storage units offered. Include the physical location address of the storage space/storage units. The Government will not visit websites or links to retrieve this information. If the offeror does not provide this requested information, the offeror's bid will not be considered for award.
