This requirement will be a total small business set aside and is being solicited in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
