Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services (“CM at Risk”) for the numerous renovation projects at various facilities within the District, all located in Beaufort County, SC. The Owner intends to hire one or more general contractors to complete upcoming renovation projects, primarily scheduled for the summer of 2017. Other projects may commence earlier or later, but it is anticipated that most will be completed by December 31, 2017. The projects will be for renovations, additions and modifications to numerous facilities across the District. All facilities will be part of the Beaufort County School District. The intent is for school projects to be bundled into one or more multi-site packages. Packages may include as many as ten sites. The schools have been bundled similarly during design, so each package of projects will consist of a single architect/contractor/project manager team. Other projects may be added to the contractor’s scope as required and added to the contractor’s contract as an amendment.
