Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intention of the Beaufort County School District (the "Owner") to select licensedelectrical contractors to provide electrical services for various projects throughout theDistrict s facilities. These projects will typically involve small renovations or upfitprojects rather than new facilities or additions. Typical projects may involve but are notlimited to lighting additions or replacements, installation of exterior site lighting, 120vand/or low voltage wiring for technology related projects, 120v receptacle additions forinterior upfits of renovations, emergency generator repair and/or installation, etc. Theselection will be made by a selection committee using the Evaluation Criteria statedherein, via competitive sealed proposals.
