Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire all necessary equipment, material and laborto provide qualified professional installation of six (6) Hobart AM-15 Dishwashers toreplace the existing dishwashers at Robert Smalls Middle School, Lady s Island MiddleSchool and Beaufort Elementary in Beaufort SC and Hilton Head Island ElementarySchool for the Creative Arts, Hilton Head Island Elementary  an authorized IB School. And Hilton Head Island High School in Hilton Head Island, SC. This work shall beperformed pursuant to an AIA form contract as modified by the Owner (AIA- 107  2007Abbreviated Owner/Contractor Agreement  Project of Limited Scope). Installation toinclude demolition, removal and disposal of existing dishwashers. Includes initial sitevisit to verify all field dimensions and final visit to complete any punch list items.Includes delivery of new dishwashers, assembly, and setting in place by during normalbusiness hours. This will be a turn-key operation to include electrical, water and drainhook-ups to the school building. If any items are moved to execute the work, it shall bethe Contractor s duty to properly identify the items to insure they will be reinstalled inthe same location. It shall be the Contractor s sole responsibility to protect all existingfinishes in the school while executing the work.
