The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire all services and/or supplies from qualified vendors to provide Grounds Maintenance Services (non-athletic fields) for the Beaufort County School District. Beaufort County, created in 1785, stretches 30 miles along the Atlantic Ocean on its eastern side. Its area is 587 square miles including 64 major islands and thousands of small islands in the state s southeastern corner. Beaufort County School District (BCSD) is the largest employer located in the County of Beaufort, South Carolina. It employs over 2,900 part-time and full-time employees.
