APPROVED EQUAL OR EQUIVALENT ITEMS Bidder shall submitwith bid a list of five locations where the offered replacementparts for the specified pumps are being used. Include pumpmodel, equipment its being used with, location, contact,contact telephone number, and amount of years in service. Biddermust submit all testing and rating results with bid. Bidder mustguarantee in writing with their bid and be able to demonstratewithin one-week notice the interconnectability of theirequipment with the existing equipment.
