Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. SCHEDULE A Cleaning Schedule: 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM Effective Dates: October 1 through April 30 Required Duties: 1. Mop floors. 2. Clean sinks, toilets, water fountain, hand dryers and other fixtures. 3. Empty waste receptacles. 4. Fill soap dispensers. 5. Perform maintenance duties as specified on Schedules C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J. 6. Keep the Tourism brochure rack filled. B. SCHEDULE B Cleaning Schedule: the contractor shall continuously staff this rest area between the hours of 7:00 to 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Effective Dates: May 1 to September 30. Required Duties: 1. Mop floors. 2. Clean sinks, toilets, water fountain, hand dryers, and other fixtures. 3. Empty waste receptacles.
