Specifications include, but are not limited to: This formal request is for a professional firm or firms to provide full services as describedwithin this RFQ. The scope of this work will focus on the District s FY 2014-2015 renovationand modification projects. Projects may also include outstanding tasks identified in theOwner s Current 5-Year Capital Plan from previous budget years, as well as other new projectsidentified and approved during the contract term. The current projects for FY 2015 (to becompleted primarily during the summer of 2014) are of miscellaneous scope with a totalconstruction value of approximately $5 million. The owner may at its option, elect to extendthis contract for an additional year to include similar projects for FY 2016 (summer of 2015).Typical project scope may include but is not limited to: Building additions or expansions Interior finish replacement Restroom renovations ADA and code upgrades Life safety and building security upgrades Site upgrades or modifications Athletic facility upgrades HVAC replacements and/or upgrades Electrical upgrades Building entry improvements
