Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all required bonds and insurances, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, mobilization, and incidentals required to remove brick expansion joints, remove door and window perimeter sealants and backing materials; appropriately repair ± 800 square feet of façade damage, spalls, and rough, long-standing repairs; effectively clean and prepare existing façade surface to maximize bonding of new coating material; provide and apply two (2) coats of a textured elastomeric coating to the existing façade (± 9,770 square feet); and caulk joints, window and door perimeters with a silicone sealant (± 700 linear feet).
