Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded contractor must have capacity to support Speech/Language, Occupational and Physical Therapists who can provide consultative, individual and/or group therapies and evaluations. In addition to direct therapy services, assistive technology staff will provide evaluations and consultative services. The contractor will also provide School Psychologists and behavioral support staff. School Psychologists must have the capacity to provide psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral supports including Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans, counseling (individual and group), consultative support as well as preventative supports (e.g., Tier 2 and 3 interventions). Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Specialist Consultants (BSCs) must have the ability to develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Support Plans based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBAs will also provide consultation to school staff related to behavioral support. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will implement BSPs under the supervision of a BCBA and will provide behavioral support for designated students. All caseloads will vary based on the level of student needs and frequency/duration of services.
