(20’ wide x 50’ long) Concrete should be brought to the Brown County South Landfill, 1258 Mill Road for no disposal cost. Rework grade for new 8” thick slab Form and install #5 rebar, 16” on center each way Finish and Install 4,000 psi high early concrete Broom finish & standard sealer Patch blacktop & landscape repairs if needed See attached map of work site. Fence and barricade as needed Complete work in 2 stages during normal work hours Maintain regular hours of operations for customers BID 2 - Semi-Truck Parking (BLUE RECTANGLE): Saw cut, remove and haul out current asphalt pavement ~ 1170 Sq ft. (18’ wide x 65’ long) Asphalt should be brought to the Brown County South Landfill, 1258 Mill Road for no disposal cost. Rework grade for new 8” slab Form and install #5 rebar, 16” on center each way Finish and Install 4,000 psi high early concrete Broom finish with standard sealer Patch blacktop and landscape repairs if needed See attached map of work site. Fence and barricades as needed Removal of existing asphalt (Blue) to be completed Thursday afternoon after 3pm and Friday all day, to be available on the Monday morning . Contractor to match grade for existing concrete and asphalt. Contractor to confirm measurements and quantities of concrete.
