Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Access Clinics are seeking proposals from qualified marketing or communication firms and/or teams to develop and design marketing materials that will increase community awareness of the services provided and increase engagement and utilization, as well as enhance understanding of the need for emotional wellness, suicide prevention and community resources.. After selecting a successful proposer, BHS will negotiate a Professional Services agreement to provide services in 2023-2024. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.
