Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Madison Public Library Division (“City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors and consultants for Custodial Services. Custodial services provided by the successful bidder are required to be performed in accordance with a “green,” environmentally preferable cleaning program. The City accepts the following cleaning programs: o Johnson Diversey Healthy High Performance Cleaning (HHPC) - A copy can be available upon request. o Green Seal GS-42: http://www.greenseal.org/certification/cleaning_services_gs-42.pdf Other cleaning programs, including internally developed ones, will be accepted if they are equivalent to those listed above. All programs are subject to review and approval by the City.
