Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) General Requirements for Condition Assessment Gravity sewers shall be rated using the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) methodology, and results will be incorporated into the overall rehab/replacement plan of recommendations. b) Smoke Testing & CCTV of Sanitary Sewer Lines The Contractor’s quote shall include unit price(s) to provide smoke testing and CCTV services for the above-mentioned gravity sewer lines. The unit price shall be based on a total quantity to be tested of 48,004 LF. Contractor & Town of Atoka to notify residents of smoke testing prior to initiation of testing. After completion of assessment, CCTV footage shall be provided to the Town of Atoka in a format acceptable to Owner. Contractor shall observe and document all defects during testing and should be included in the final assessment report. c) Electro Scan of Sanitary Sewer Lines The Contractor’s quote shall include unit price(s) to provide Electro Scan services for the abovementioned gravity sewer lines. The unit price shall be based on a total quantity to be tested of 48,004 LF. Contractor and Town of Atoka to coordinate testing with residents, as needed. Contractor shall observe and document all defects during testing and should be included in the final assessment report. Results of the Electro Scan testing shall be submitted in a format acceptable to the Owner.
