Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Green Bay Area Public School District (“District”) is seeking experienced and qualified firms interested in contracting with the District to provide Boundary Analysis and Equity Consultant Services. The District has 42 locations, however, after completion of a Long-Range Facilities Master Plan the District is proposing the closure or modification of 8 schools and intends for this analysis to identify new school boundaries that maximize Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for our students. The professional services firm selected as a result of this RFP will recommend new school boundaries based on the Task Force Recommended school closure and realignment proposal. The new school boundaries will be drawn ensuring maximum Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the student population. The goal of the assessment should ensure that: The comprehensive set of investment and divestments across the various communities are equitable; The boundary revisions associated with the proposed transition to 4K-8 facilities minimize change for students, families, and district operations, where possible; All Board approved education pathways remain intact; The resulting school populations are equally or more diversely integrated than present populations; and Transportation services are not negatively impacted. Factors that will be analyzed include but shall not be limited to: An assessment of the degree to which the revised boundaries facilitate or impede equitable use of facilities across the District; An assessment of the degree to which the revised boundaries facilitate or impede facility utilization in terms of program capacity and enrollment in schools;
