All requirements shall be in accordance with the latest revision of ANSI C57.12.20-1988 and these specifications. 3. High voltage insulation BIL level 95 kV at 12,470 GRDY/7200, insulation class 15 kV. Low voltage insulation BIL level 30 kV at 120/240, insulation class 1.2 kV. 4. Design shall pass short circuit criteria per latest revisions of ANSI C57.12.00-1987 and C57.12.90-1987. Tank withstand shall meet the latest revision of NEMA TR-1-1980, part 2, page 6, section D. Pressure relief valve shall meet the latest revision of ANSI C57.12.20-1988. 5. Tank finish shall meet or exceed the latest revision of ANSI C57.12.28-1988 and a direct blow of 160 inch-pounds per ASTM D-2794-69. Cover shall have an insulated coating capable of withstanding 15 kV per ASTM D149. kVA marking shall be below secondary bushings.
