Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Delaware is currently seeking a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on the Salesforce platform to improve our fundraising, constituent relations, and marketing processes. We are interested in learning more about professional services for implementing a Salesforce CRM system for our organization in phases that will grow our adoption of Salesforce across the University. Our current system, Ellucian Advance, is reaching the end of its life and is no longer meeting our needs. As a platform with a user base of approximately 150 individuals, we require a solution that is tailored to the unique needs of DAR, and we believe that working with an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) who has specific experience in Development and Alumni Relations/University Advancement will be critical to the success of this implementation. The University is seeking an ISV with experience in advancement specific Salesforce configurations for universities like ours, as well as an Implementation Partner/System Integrator (SI) who has extensive experience in higher education/Advancement CRM implementations.
