Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware State University (hereinafter “University”) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide Child Development Associate (CDA) – Cohort Program. The CDA® facilitator(s) will report directly to the awarded agency/agencies and will work closely in accomplishing the purposes of the ECIC CDA® self-directed and comprehensive holistic cohort model. The facilitator/coach will be the point-person on a range of day-to-day activities, from helping support the functions of the cohorts, to anticipating challenges and serving as a tireless problem solver. The agency facilitator(s) will work directly with the ECIC CDA® Coordinator. Participate in intensive professional development through the ECIC’s Coaching Institute: • Train-the trainer coaching model • Tools for success • Teacher Transformation Lab • Coaching Through a Culturally Competent Lens • Attend monthly virtual coaching cohort • Participate in individual (virtual) reflective meeting with ECIC CDA Coordinator
