Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new system will need to be fully integrated with the existing state Medicaid System which is the ASSIST/ Worker Web (AWW) platform to improve and streamline our support services. This will offer additional opportunities to streamline business processes, services as well as increased integration between DSSC and other DHSS applications. The new system will be fully integrated with the existing ASSIST/ Worker Web (AWW) platform for Medicaid information regarding eligibility, client status, demographics, payment history, household demographics, and scanned forms for efficient support services. This will offer additional opportunities to streamline other business processes, user efficiencies, as well as increased integration between DSSC and other DHSS applications. Additionally, this enhanced integrated system will be developed to meet; DSSC’s (Division of State Service Centers), DSS (Division of Social Services, as well as Division of Medicaid & Medical Assistance) current and future client assistance requirements. Where possible, business process improvements and newer technology solutions along with some degree of automation of manual tasks will be implemented.
