Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the replacement of tube style boilers #4 and, as an alternate, boiler #5 and upgrade with Aerco Benchmark gas fired condensing boilers including the replacement and modification of hot water circulation pumps, motor assemblies and piping per specifications. Plans are on the Chatham County Purchasing and Contracting Bonfire portal attached to this Invitation to Bid under the public documents named “Plans and Specifications” and “Drawings”. The Chatham County Detention Center is located at 1050 Carl Griffin Drive Savannah, Georgia 31405.
