Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The selected Respondent shall provide turnkey brokerage services for the Airports recycled Propylene Glycol (“Product”) including the pick-up, transportation, delivery, and payment of the Product produced at the Salt Lake City International Airport. 2. The selected Respondent must specify the desired percent commission on the sale of the product. The selected Respondent will negotiate a fair market price with the end user (Customer Price). The selected Respondent will deduct the cost of the transportation and specified commission from the total customer cost and provide SLCDA with the difference (“Net Back”). To ensure there is no variance in the volume received and the volume delivered. The selected Respondent’s transporter will provide SLCDA with a light weight (“Tare Weight”) of the tractor and trailer from a certified scale. After the trailer is loaded with product, the transporter will return to the scale and provide SLCDA with the heavy weight. The difference in the weights will be the selected Respondents billable net weight. Additionally, to ensure the product is not cross contaminated by the tanker’s previous contents, the transporter will be required to provide SLCDA with a certified washout ticket prior to loading. The selected Respondent shall keep accurate records and provide documentation of all transactions at the request of SLCDA. 3. The selected Respondent shall maintain all insurances, permits, licensing and other required training for the personnel responsible for the transportation of the product from the Airport to its final destination. Please describe your firm’s health and safety policies with regard to the handling and transportation of Propylene Glycol or other chemicals. 4. The Respondent shall provide certified laboratory services that can provide the following analysis: %PG, %EG, %Water, Alpha Color, pH, Iron, Chlorides, Glycol Acid.
