Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Office of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, hereinafter referred to as “Procurement”, on behalf of Facilities and Learning Technology Services hereinafter referred to as “Department”, requests bids for the purchase of an Electronic Key Management System. All University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire associated facilities are included in this scope, including the County Material Complex, Pablo Center at the Confluence, and outlying locations such as UW-Eau Claire Barron County located in Rice Lake. Delivery of orders shall be made to University departments five days per week, Monday through Friday, during normal University business hours. Contractor shall follow the delivery requirements outlined by the ordering campus. Any unique delivery arrangements must be pre-approved by contacting the ordering department. The cabinets must connect to a university network and be managed by a university central server. University will supply the Transact DR5000 card readers to be installed on cabinets prior to shipping.
