Market research on available incubators and coworking spaces in the service area c. Identification of industries in need of incubator services d. Case studies of successful incubators and coworking spaces 2. Initial Business Plan: a. Size recommendations for the facility b. Recommend features and characteristics c. Proforma of cost vs incoming cash d. Recommended funding sources; grants, partnerships, etc. e. Facilitating public participation process to incorporate stakeholder input from but not limited to elected officials, City Staff, Chamber of Commerce, local non-profits, school district, business leaders, and Sun Prairie residents f. Potential partnerships and/or co-location opportunities g. Proper management techniques and suggested partners in management h. Education and training efforts to be made available to end users i. Phasing and/or potential growth opportunities
