Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of La Crosse utility data (water, storm, sanitary and fiber) are currently maintained using a combination of AutoCAD drawing files and Microsoft Access databases, as well as various paper records. There is currently a process in place that converts the AutoCAD based utility data into the City’s existing GIS for viewing in an online environment. The City of La Crosse has a Small Government Enterprise Agreement with Esri, which provides licenses for the core Esri products, including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop and numerous extensions. The project shall be at the intersection of Losey Blvd and Cass St. Work performed under this contract is composed of various elements including removal and replacement of sidewalk, signal removals, signal and fiber installation. Items to bid include approximately: • 1200 SF Concrete Flatwork • Removing and replacing signal at Losey & Cass • Fiber conduit between Cass & Main
