Specifications include, but are not limited to: Waukesha County, on behalf of the HOME Consortium representing Jefferson, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha Counties, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Preferred Provider’s List (PPL) for administering homebuyer counseling including but not limited to; conducting and coordinating seminars, financial counseling and referrals for down payment assistance. Firms (hereinafter Subgrantee(s)) who meet the criteria and qualifications outlined in the RFP will be placed on the PPL and home buyers seeking counseling in conjunction with the HOME Consortium’s Down Payment Assistance Program (DPA) and Purchase-Rehabilitation Program will be required to select a homebuyer counseling agency from this list in order to receive funding. Firms may propose providing the services for any and all combinations of the counties.
