Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify contractors to perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties throughout the District's service area. Such work will be required to be completed by an approved contractor on all contracts that are publicly procured and contracted by the District or one of the 28 municipalities located within the District Service area and is partially or fully funded by the District in accordance with the Statement of Policy, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Private Property Infiltration and Inflow (PPII) Reduction Program.
