Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide meeting space and accomodations in Madison, Wisconsin, October 2nd through 5th, 2023. Lodging Accommodations Check-in will be October 2nd or October 3rd, 2023. Check-out will be October 5th, 2023. Number of rooms needed 1-3 rooms will be required October 2nd, 2023 40 rooms will be required October 3rd & 4th, 2023 Room Charges cannot exceed $90.00 per night.. Food and Beverage October 3rd, 2023 Beverage for meet and greet from 3pm – 6pm is required for 150 people to include non-alcoholic regular/diet soda, sweet/unsweetened iced tea and water. Appetizers for meet and greet from 3pm – 6pm. There must be a minimum of four (4) appetizer selections. Two (2) options are required to be hot. Two (2) options are required to be cold. October 4th, 2023 Water service is required to be available from 9am – 4pm within meeting space. Continental breakfast is to be served outside of the meeting space from 8am – 9am. Continental breakfast is to include but not limited to these beverages coffee, tea, juice and cream/sugar.
