Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Request for Construction Qualifications is for the addition of an approximately 1000 sq ft elevated one-story platform off an existing second floor Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) within an enclosed courtyard. The primary structure will consist of steel framing with a composite concrete deck. The finished floor will consist of rooftop patio pavers over an EPDM roofing system. A pergola structure will be incorporated above the raised platform. The perimeter of the structure will have an integrated green roofing system with additional landscaping elements. Minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire protection is anticipated. The area below the raised platform will consist of a concrete slab on grade with a seating area. A sprinkler system and lighting will be incorporated under the raised platform.
