Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project involves replacing existing (6) non-condensing boilers, boiler circulating pumps, boiler venting and combustion intake through the roof, and miscellaneous piping, electrical, and roofing, related to removal of boilers. Install (6) new high efficiency condensing boilers, boiler circulating pumps, boiler exhaust and combustion intake through roof. Minor modification to existing electrical panels for new boiler and pump, and roofing. Construction is to be staged with the first (3) boilers being replaced, once operational, the remaining (3) boilers will be replaced. HVAC bids will be taken for the respective work to include electrical and roofing. Contractors shall work together upon contract award to establish a mutually agreed upon schedule for sequence of construction and shall provide full cooperation with each other.
