Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware DNREC is seeking one or more qualified vendors to enter into contracts to provide shoreline and waterway management coastal engineering services. The term of the contracts between the successful respondents and DNREC shall be for five (5) years. Specific services will be provided upon the issuance of task orders by DNREC after agreed upon costs for services. These services will include: 1. Site investigations, survey, sampling, and analyses to assess the condition and composition of various beaches, shorelines, water bodies, and navigation channels; 2. Engineering analysis, alternatives development, and modeling; 3. Report writing; 4. Preparation of project design drawings; 5. Project design plan development, including all necessary Public Works agency reviews and documentation;
